Alex completed A levels at Brockenhurst College, New Forest in June 2003. He then graduated from the University of Chichester with honours.
He is a keen sportsman and a qualified lifeguard. Amongst other activities he enjoys playing rugby. He has played for Bournemouth Rugby Club (U18). He also represented Chichester Rugby Club and played tournaments in the BUSA Rugby 7s and Avon Rugby 7’s tournament.
Since then he has worked with the Spinal Injuries Association at the London Triathlon and is the current sports therapist for Team Bulldog Martial Arts Team and Iford Golf Club. He provides on site treatment to Absolute Adrenaline Martial Arts Events, Dorset triathlons and Poole Dolphin Swimming Club.
Alex currently treats elite athletes such as Iain Kendricks Unequipped Power Lifting Champion 2007, Dale Powell from Southern Sundevils American Football Club, athletes from Commonwealth Games Masters and John Orchard - W.K.U World Middleweight Champion (Full Contact) and B.N.M.A British Middleweight Champion (Full Contact).
Alex also regularly attends business-networking events like BNI, Speed Networking Business Link and Anthony Robbins
He believes his first hand knowledge of competitive sports equips him when devising rehabilitation programs and managing injuries.
Alex also enjoys travel and has spent time in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and Mexico.
