Body MOT
Everyone is aware of the need to be fit and healthy. But how just how fit are you? Body MOT includes a fitness assessment and lifestyle analysis, which will assess your current level of fitness, health and lifestyle.
The examination will include:- Vo2 testing
- Strength
- Lung capacity
- Body fat composition
- Endurance
- Flexibility
Recommendations will be provided based on your assessment. An exercise programme will be designed for you to do in your own time or with our Personal Training team.
