FAQ's

Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, many patients self-refer (unless you will be claiming through health insurance).

Can I claim back costs of treatment through health insurance?
Yes- you can claim back the cost of physiotherapy treatment through health insurance. All our physiotherapists are registered with the chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council of the UK. They are registered with BUPA, PPP and all major health insurance companies. You should contact your health insurer to find out the level of your physiotherapy cover. In some cases you may require a GP referral. You will be required to pay at the time of treatmen then claim back through your insurer.

How many sessions will I need?
At the first assessment the therapist will give you a diagnosis and indicate how many sessions are likely.

What should I wear?
Something comfortable. Depending on your injury you may be asked to undress. If you are having personal training or video analysis, bring running shorts and trainers.
