Stephen Robert

Stephen Robert, kept getting injuries whenever he tried to get fit. He would get shin splints, plantar fasciits, calf strain. He would have to stop exercise and ended up putting on weight.

We have treated his leg muscles, done a gait analysis to ensure his running style is correct and helped him with his training programme. Stephen now has no pain, he has lost 2 stone and he is planning a half marathon, full marathon and triathlon next year.
