Anne-Marie Samuel
Anne-Marie graduated from the University of Sydney with Distinction.
She is passionate about health and fitness and believes that a proactive approach to treatment encompassing biomechanics, posture, muscle balance and endurance is essential for attaining the highest outcomes for her patients.
Anne-Marie has a keen interest in sports injuries and high performance training. Having worked with premiership rugby teams,triathletes, Royal Ballet dancers, Thames Rowers and London marathon runners, and ultra-marathon runners, Anne-Marie has extensive experience with sports people at a high level. She has also worked in the occupational health and corporate sectors.
She is a member of both The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and also belongs to the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice. In addition she completed her Masters Of Business degree in 2003 with distinction at Imperial College London.
Anne-Marie is an athlete herself and has won several gold medals in triathlon events in the UK 1999-2002 and European Corporate Games in 2002 and represented Thames Rowing Club reaching the quarter-finals at Henley Rowing Regatta in 2007.
Anne-Marie consults at Body in Motion, Bournemouth International Centre, Poole Athletics Club, Bournemouth Rugby Club, Bulldog Martial Arts Club, Iford Golf Club and Sturminster Marshall Golf Club.
In addition Anne-Marie and Body in Motion have been featured in several publications at both local and national level.
