Runner back to training after just 1 week

Tom is a keen runner. Due to various ankle ligament problems, he had been unable to run for 4-5 months.

He sought help with the GP who did Xrays, suggested rest and plaster for 6-8 weeks.

Nothing helped.

Tom eventually found Body in Motion and was able to run the next day By  the end of that week he had almost run a half marathon
