At Body in Motion, we have our own cutting edge gym. There are no gym memberships so all clients are working one on one, being inspired, motivated and effective.
We will also meet you outdoors if you prefer.
We will undertake a Fitness Assessment with you to ensure you are safe but also to help plan your fitness goals accurately and carefully.
