To get to where you want to go, you have to know where you are now.

The main reason many people fail to achieve their fitness goals is they just are not specific enough.

Saying ” I want to lose weight” is not strong enough.

How much exactly? 3lbs? 3 stone?

Is that fat loss, muscle loss or water loss?

At Body in Motion we like to be objective.

We offer a full stand alone fitness assessment measuring:

  • weight
  • height
  • blood pressure
  • waist circumference
  • %body fat
  • lung capacity
  • VO2 max ( based on submax values)
  • strength
  • flexiblity

From there you have a good idea of where your strength and weaknesses lie and you can do something about it.

Our personal trainers can guide you in the right direction, you can join one of our programmes or if you wish, you can do your programme and get retested in 4-6 weeks to keep you on track.
