Rehabilitation
An integral part of preventing injuries and recovering from them is correct rehabilitation. Often athletes and individuals suffer recurrent or chronic symptoms because they do not sufficiently retrain the muscles to restore adequate strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, core stability or dynamic balance.
At Body in Motion we believe that once the symptoms have been relieved, it is vital to restore normal movement and function to the body otherwise the symptoms are likely to recur. We will work with you to ensure your body can operate at the level you need it to without fear of relapse.
