Hi, I'm Arun, a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with experience working in both multi-specialty hospitals and private physiotherapy clinics. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physiotherapy and am passionate about helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they enjoy.
My clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, sports massage, taping, joint mobilisation, and gait analysis. I have experience working with a wide range of patients, from those managing everyday aches and pains to elite athletes looking to recover, perform, and move at their best.

I have a particular interest in treating knee, lower back, and neck conditions, helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their movement. I believe that every patient is unique, so I take the time to understand their goals and develop personalised treatment plans that fit their lifestyle and needs.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with a long-standing problem, or looking to enhance your sporting performance, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and get back to doing what you love.

Sru Patil

I am Srushti (you can call me Sru). I am a qualified and registered physiotherapist with an MSc in Advancing physiotherapy practice (Coventry University). I have experience working with diverse populations and clinical cases, with special interests in musculoskeletal, neurological conditions, and pediatrics. I am a strong proponent of following an evidence-based approach in assessments and rehabilitation. I believe rehabilitation is not only limited to proper and creative rehabilitation approaches but also to patient education, guidance, and support.
Being a professional dancer and recreational badminton player, I have developed specialised skills for posture-specific assessments and rehabilitation in both injury avoidance and post-injury rehabilitation cases.

Alicja R.jpg

Alicja

My name's Alicja Raszkiewic. I qualified with B.Sc. in Sports Therapy from Bournemouth University where I developed a range of physiotherapy skills as well as a sport specific approach to therapy.

I am passionate about sports rehabilitation, especially in football. During my uni journey I worked closely with AFC Bournemouth Girls' and Women's Teams. I am currently continuing my role in football as a 1st Team Physiotherapist for Blackfield & Langley FC. I provide treatment for the players and pitch-side assistance during their games.

I try to stay physically active and I've been practicing volleyball for most of my life which gives me an understanding of the equally important psychological side of athletes' recovery.

I apply an individual approach to every patient and aim to get people back to work and/or back to their sports.

Martin

Sports Therapist

Martin is a qualified Sports Massage therapist, and certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor following studies at Bournemouth and Poole College and Bournemouth University.

Growing up, his Dad was a cycling club champion and he found himself spending many an hour massaging backs and legs. Following in his Dad’s footsteps, he grew to love cycling too, but found his real passion to be in the gymnasium where he quickly qualified as a Fitness Instructor and then Personal Trainer, working and training in a number of different gyms. Fascinated with physiology and given his previous experience, Sports Massage then became a natural progression for him.

Maintaining his own personal fitness is more than an interest or even a job: as a diabetic, understanding the body’s physiology and nutritional intake is a necessity to his life whether working, resting, or exercising and he is able to use that knowledge and expertise when treating clients.

Born and raised in Bournemouth, Martin is an active member of the Bournemouth Jubilee Wheelers Cycling Club and has spent years practicing and teaching Judo. During any free time, Martin loves to jump on his bike to explore the wonderful surrounds of BCP or head for the gym for some hard core weight training.
